Rash Hot Shower

For most of us this symptom is mild only lasts a few minutes and is related to dry skin caused by cold dry air and long hot showers.

Rash hot shower. When a person takes a hot shower the soap and water will strip away the skin s oils. It may seem contradictory that you can develop dry skin from standing under a blast of water but a hot shower parches your skin as the water evaporates. About 4 years ago i had red spots on my upper arms and back when i got out of the shower but would go away after a few minutes.

The chlorine content within the water can even cause skin irritation and other water related allergies. See a doctor who can help. However if you take a hot shower it may parch your skin as the water evaporates.

Is this just a dry skin condition. The list of possible culprits is long but there are a few that seem to cause the most itching. This can cause the skin to feel tight and itchy.

One more cause of rash after shower could be dry skin. After taking a long hot shower during the cold winter months your skin gets a little itchy after you dry off and get dressed. Rash with hot shower and sweating dumbdork.

Find primary care doctors near you. An overly hot shower that dries your skin could also leave you scratching. In extreme cases the skin may even crack or bleed.

It is better to take a mild temperature shower and use a shower filter when there is chlorine in bathwater. The rash that you get after the shower sounds more like a dry skin rash. I now have lighter spots of skin on those areas and some of them have minor scaling and it seems to only happen during the winter months.
